To live in Mittersill - the center of the Nationalpark "Hohe Tauern".
From mountain biking, to climbing and Nordic Walking, the region has so much to offer in the summertime and in the wintertime whether you´re on skis or a snowboard, a beginner or a pro: on the slopes of Mittersill - Pass Thurn and Kitzbühel, there´s something exciting in store for everyone. Surrounded by the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park and the Kitzbühel Alps is the 18-hole course of the Mittersill Golf Club.

This two-family house is built 1970 and has been converted 1997 and 2010. In the ground floor is a unit with 60 m2, consisting of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom,
a bath and a toilet.

The second unit is in the upper floor and comes with three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The balcony is southwestlateral and offers a beautiful view of the national park. Another bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet are located on the top-floor.

A little house in the garden comes with a hobby room and the the cellar with a size of 60 m2 comprises a bathroom, a office, a dry room and the possibility for an washroom.
